Find your bearings
before you move.
You may already be doing a lot to feel well. But how are you actually doing?

Maybe you recognize yourself here.
I'm tired in a way that rest doesn't seem to fix.
I keep thinking, if I can just get this one thing right, I'll feel better.
I know what I could do differently, but I can't seem to make it happen.
My life looks good on paper, but something still feels missing.
I keep reaching for the next thing that might finally make me feel better.
I finally achieved the goal, but I don't feel complete.
You may not need another thing to fix. You may need space to see what's really going on.

The VOW difference
Before you decide what to change, pause.
When something doesn't feel right, it's natural to look for a solution.
Change your routine. Eat differently. Exercise more. Get organized. Try harder.
Sometimes those changes help.
But what if there's more to understand before deciding what to do?
VOW gives you space to slow down, look at your wellbeing in the context of your whole life, and discover what matters to you.
Not another plan to follow. A chance to find your bearings and choose your next steps with greater intention.

The 12-week experience
Your life. A wider view. Room to explore.
See the whole picture
The Personal Health Inventory (PHI) offers a snapshot across eight areas of your life, from your body and emotions to your relationships, work, rest, and meaning.
Return to it later to notice what has shifted and track your growth.
Explore what matters
Through private coaching and the School of Attention, you'll have space to reflect, recognize patterns, and explore what may be influencing how you feel and live.
Experiment and learn
Try meaningful changes in your actual life. Notice what happens. Learn from the experience. Let what you discover inform what comes next.
You don't have to get every choice right. You get to learn from your life.
The Personal Health Inventory
See your whole life, not just one piece.
The PHI isn't a test or a scorecard. It's a way to step back and notice the landscape of your life, across eight areas.
- Body
- Mind
- Emotions
- Relationships
- Environment
- Work & Contribution
- Rest
- Meaning & Values

It can be completed again later so you can notice what has shifted and track your growth over time.
